LINH HUA

Linh Hua joined Spiro Moss in 2010.  Admitted to the California bar in 2006, Ms. Hua is experienced in litigation beyond her years. Ms. Hua spent the majority of the last four years of practice litigating dozens of wage & hour class actions in state and federal courts throughout California.  Including only those matters where Ms. Hua was the primary, day-to-day attorney, she has helped to recover well in excess of $25 million for California workers.

Ms. Hua received her B.S. in Psychology with a Business Administration Specialization in 2002 and her law degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law in 2006.
