LINH HUA

Linh Hua joined Spiro Moss in 2010. Admitted to the California bar in 2006, Ms. Hua is experienced in litigation beyond her years. Ms. Hua spent the majority of the last five years of practice litigating dozens of wage and hour class actions in state and federal courts throughout California. In the Summer of 2011, Ms. Hua served as the second chair on a wage and hour class action jury trial and was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Including only those matters where Ms. Hua was the primary, day-to-day attorney, she has helped to recover well in excess of $30 million for California workers.

Ms. Hua received her B.S. in Psychology with a Business Administration Specialization in 2002 from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her law degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law in 2006.
