The class action matters handled by Spiro Moss involve unlawful employment practices, including claims for unpaid wages, overtime, missed meal and rest periods, unpaid vacation pay, and failures to pay terminated employees their final wages in a timely fashion; as well as claims relating to dangerous or defective products; claims based on consumer fraud and false advertising; and claims alleging unlawful or unfair conduct by lenders and financial services companies.

As part of its unrelenting effort to obtain beneficial results for class members and clients, Spiro Moss has developed a successful appellate practice.  The firm's attorneys have handled scores of appeals, several of which are or were recently pending before the California Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and other courts.
